Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all university students currently enrolled in a university within the United Kingdom.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Competition Period

• The competition opens on September 18th, 2024, and closes at midnight on October 18th, 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must sign up with their email address at the https://coatsskin.com/pages/university-giveaway and agree to receive marketing communications from [coat]s.
• Participants will receive one entry for submitting their email address.
• For additional entries, participants must refer a friend. The referred friend must also provide their email address and specify the name of the person who referred them in the entry form.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of one term of tuition fees paid for, up to a maximum value of £3,000 and the full [coat]s range, including: Gentle Hydrating Cleanser, Gentle Hydrating Toning Milk, Triple Moisture Water Cream, Tripe Protect SPF 30 Hydrating Cream, Hydration Intensifying Gel Serum, Glow Intensifying Cream Serum, Gentle Dual Exfoliant Cream, Skinsentials Starter Kit.
• The winner will be responsible for any tuition fees exceeding £3,000.

5. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the competition closes.

6. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within this period, [coat]s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Terms

• By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing emails from [coat]s. Participants can opt-out of these emails at any time.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• [coat]s reserves the right to amend the competition terms or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with [coat]s’ privacy policy.

8. Liability

• [coat]s will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize.

9. Governing Law

• The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
